Brown Rice protein concentrate 85% is an easily digestible protein-rich product that is derived from liquid processing of rice. The rice is first cleaned, peeled and grounded. The rice starch is then separated from the other components using an enzyme treatment. After filtering, the protein-rich slurry that remains is dried, purified and then grounded into a cream-coloured flour or fine powder with a characteristic flavour and aroma.
