Description
Oat Meal is a carbohydrate product with an excellent digestibility. It is produced from cleaned, sorted and dehulled oats. The oats are steamed and rolled to obtain the desired mass density. After which it is grinded to meet the desired granulometry (<800 μm). The end product is a white to light-brown powder with a typical taste and odour. Oat Meal is suitable for Kosher, Halal, vegetarian, lacto-ovo-vegetarians and vegans making it widely suitable for many applications in bakery products.
